This is not a multi-functional scooter.

I bought this scooter for the multi-functional purpose but unfortunately, it’s only the scooter part that is operational. We like walking so opted for this scooter to add the seat and adult handle for longer walks but when I attempted to push my son on it, I can’t steer it, it just glides to the edge of the pavement. Very disappointed. I also contacted customer service but didn’t get a response.
